The challenge for most people is the boring way of practicing. But if you’re not having fun, chances are you won’t make it to the end.

One of the best ways to learn the guitar is to immerse yourself in the music. It’s true that music are important. The environment you practice in, the way you practice, the people you surround yourself with and the thoughts you have. Some people have the talent. They have the mind. They have the passion.

But there’s a big obstacle. We’re not encouraged enough to seek out and discover our passion. We’re taught that we need to read. We need to study. We need to take theory and perform.

When it comes to reaching this level of playing, there will be a lot of different paths to take. There will be no black and white ways. Just as there are in life. Some people will rise to the top very fast, very quickly; while others will take a very long time to reach this level.

The key is to create your passion. Create your mission. Stay the course you’re going. Stay the course that you’re following. And keep repeating.

If you’re finding it hard to practice, then concentrate on one thing at a time. Some people just don’t seem to have the motivation. Get some feedback from a teacher. Just depends. If you get bad feedback, then you need to seriously review your methods.
